The London Eye

Home > Attractions > The London Eye

The Merlin Entertainments London Eye (commonly the London Eye, or Millennium Wheel) is an extremely large passenger-carrying Ferris wheel situated on the banks of the River Thames in Central London.

The London Eye is located at the western end of Jubilee Gardens, on the South Bank of the River Thames in the London Borough of Lambeth in England, between Westminster Bridge and Hungerford Bridge.

All standard flight guests wishing to see the new 4D Experience would need to join the 4D entrance queue with their tickets 45 minutes prior to their booked flight time.
If your tickets have been posted please go straight to the 4D entrance queue.

If you are collecting tickets you can use a ticket dispensing machineĀ - simply swipe the card used for payment and your tickets will be printed along with any vouchers for souvenirs or other attractions. Please allow 10 minutes for this.

If you are collecting tickets without the payment card please go to the pre-paid Ticket Collection desk. Please allow 10 minutes for this.

Getting There:

The nearest London Underground station is Waterloo, although Westminster is also within easy walking distance. Connection with National Rail services is made at London Waterloo station.

London River Services operated by Thames Clipper and City Cruises stop at the nearby Waterloo Millennium Pier.
